Fixed pasta with meat sauce tonight. Made just enough for two servings (hubby and I). As I looked down into the pan of sauce I actually thought, "Is this going to be enough?" Well the answer is YES IT IS ENOUGH. I don't need to make enough food to feed an army. If I do, it's only there tempting me to be consumed in the form of seconds (or thirds). Somehow I was perfectly happy with my one cup of cooked pasta. It was delicious and I don't feel uncomfortably full.
