Good workout yesterday. Didn't feel like a week off. seems the bloat and gain from my tummy issue is gone, but I seem to have my PMS bloat now. I'm ok with that- it means I'll have a big drop by Tuesday- my next weigh in! The diet has pretty much become my way of life now. 7 weeks in an it's second nature. I had a slice of pizza last night and still stayed under 50 carbs for the day. I have reduced my wine consumption as well. Feeling pretty good in my "skinny" jeans today too.
