9st 6 (SS at WW) Another week where I've not finished my weeklies nor used any of my exercise points, so either I'm underestimating my points or I maybe I need to drop a point, as I feel I should be able to eat all weeklies and exercise points and still maintain...but maybe that's just unrealistic?!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe the extra pound is just water weight. Your weight is going to fluctuate a couple of pounds each day. I would just keep an eye on the scale and not let it go beyond a certain number of pounds. Eating out can cause temporary water weight gains even if you stay within points, because of sodium content in foods. You may need to experiment with the points. Some weeks you may be able to eat all and others less depending on your activity level and a whole lot of other factors. You seem to be doing great maintaining though, and that can be as hard as losing.
