The inches are still coming off and the weight is slowly moving down now. It seems that when I work out very hard my muscles retain water so I am yo-yoing up and down. I have upped my water intake and that seems to help some.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
