Still at 154. WTF. Started with personal trainer today. Super sore! Going grocery shopping for healthy food. Note to self: push harder!!!!! Goal 135. I can do this!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sore muscles means your muscles are retaining water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. It will go away when your muscles get used to the new exercise. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
