New here just found out I'm diabetic and need to lose some weight renewing our 50th wedding vows in April want to look my best please help me out on what has worked best for you

You need to check with your doctor on what are the appropriate foods for you. There are many plans which can be good for both diabetics and weight loss. He/she should be able to give your nutritional information. There are also some good diabetic magazines out there with some wonderful recipes. Good luck and congrats on 50 years anniversary.
