No weight loss this week. I was not surprised. I didn't reach my calorie goal a few times this week and I did not work out 3 tue, wed or Friday. As far as food choices, I feel strong. I've dropped my refined carbs (bread) and have missed it but have not felt hungry at all. Feeling good and continuing my journey!
In a side note...I compared photos from first week of Jan I now and the difference is noticeable to say Te least! Go me!!!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
