Nice workout this morning. I definitely feel it. I was hoping that working out for a half hour every morning would make the 1+ hour sessions on the weekends a little easier; but I find that the variety of workouts always seems to target that area I missed over the previous days. I have really been working the abdominals - I can really tell a difference.

Weight loss hasn't been really apparant lately and as I work out more, I find it hard to stay low calorie. Last night, I made a low fat version of 7-layer dip. It was soooo tasty. It blew my fat percentage for the day because of the guacamole and baked tostitos, but I didn't care. everything else was fat free (sour cream, beans, cheese, etc.)

I am trying not to stress eat at work. It is tough. I struggle with stress eating. Thank God for carrots. They are better then the reduced fat club crackers I have stashed in my office. Carrots have gotten me through some tough days recently.
