1690 kcal Fat: 53.68g | Prot: 155.78g | Carb: 152.79g.   Breakfast: tomatoe, egg white, apple, whole wheat pita, mozzarella, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar. Lunch: mixed greens, chicken breast, slivered almonds, cucumber dressing low fat. Dinner: jumbo chocolate chip cookie, wild and white ricwe, garlic shrimp, vanilla ice cream, broccoli, tilapia, lobster bisque. Snacks/Other: promasil, banana, blueberries, skim milk. more...
