I really logged the miles while we were at Disney. I walked about 20K steps, got all of my stairs in and quite surprisingly I felt great. I thought I might be tired but I wasn't. I can feel my jeans getting baggy. Thinking maybe I will try on the next size smaller today for some encouragement.
This FitBit has made such a difference for me. I now know where I am as far as steps, miles and calories burned. Before it was such a shot in the dark.I've been logging my food on Fitbit. I sure wish they would sync the two programs.
