Here we go again...no caloric reason for my weight to go up and yet, somehow, magically it is. Wow, my body is an effective fat loving machine. It so wants to hold on to big, fat, plump fat cells. This too shall pass, as I have learned. Hold steady with what I am doing. It can only defy me for so long.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
