I have increased my daily water intake and added a daily parmesan zucchini snack, concentrating on eating more Atkins friendly foods but not 100% doing induction at this point. I've lost two pounds and am already seeing less bloating in my legs.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
