Seem to being loosing weight quickly now...mostly eating fiber foods and grains..oatmeal and brown rice. Can't hep bt wonder how much of this is digestive system clean-, vs. real fat loss...eiither way my pants are getting loose. On the down note, I did not exercise yesterday.
