Last night we had a huge storn that destroyed our town. I have glass and hail all over my living room and dining room. It was so hard last night to not snack, eat treats. These types of situations I would want to eat to help deal with the stress. I hung in there though, my only comfort food was McDonalds fries. lots of calories, but it did the trick.
