Omg I didnt realize just how unhealthy fast food and even sit in restaurants are. I had 2 tacos from taco bell and the total amount of calories for that meal was 750 calories!! wtf!! ugh!! And the other day I had a chicken platter at Applebees and it had 1,000 some calories in it and like 79 grams of fat. Now that is ridiculous!
