I had a good morning walk with my mother today. I use to hate walking, I got tired after 15 minutes and today I can walk for 1 hour. I did well with that.

I stumble into this website HASfit 2 days ago and they have this intermediate program called Warrior 90 Workout Routine. It is what it sound like. A fix routine for 90 day. I was like no, I dont feel like it today, I already walk for an hour. But for day 1 week 1, its only 15 min workout. So might as well tried it. Man did it really kick my butt. I was out of breath half way through. All in all, I fell in love with this program and will continue till Week 13. I like it more cause it makes me feel like I'm a warrior in progress ;)
