So this week I'm still trying to fit in workingout into my crazy work schudule.But I worked out Saturday twice , Sunday none, MOnday twice, Tuesday once, Wednesday none, Thursday one class, Friday none.

You should check into rebounding. It's quick, fun and burns more calories than walking or running! I bought a Bellicon because they are supposedly the "Cadillac" rebounders. I definitely enjoy bouncing on it! It burns about 750 calories an hour! I only do about 20 minutes a day. Look into it. Exercise should be fun! :)
