Showing a gain of 400grams for the week, I ate correctly and stuck to the plan all week, I think I can attribute the gain to starting at the gym again, and also re-starting my running this week.

Not bummed out like I usually would be, I've had a great run so far, as long as I keep on this right path the scales will soon catch up :D
159.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
