So mad, frustrated, and disappointed with myself, just want to cry...

Lost control today. Needed to be careful because I was supposed to fast tomorrow. Can't do it tomorrow but was going to try to be good for Sunday's weigh in. Left work at noon, got nails and brows done, went to shop at Sams and Walmart. In Walmart I got hungry and picked up chicken strips and ate them on the way home. Sams had samples to and I had a couple pieces of stuff there. Got home and didn't get on the treadmill. Instead, I baked a batch of my son's favorite cookies and then the grandkids came. So I felt I messed up bad on calories and didn't get on treadmill until just awhile ago. I DID get on the TM and did Week 3 Day 2 of C25K. I just felt physically like I stuffed myself and was foolish for messing up. I was going to walk extra after the running but I want to finish up week 3 tomorrow morning and didn't want to push myself at the risk of not being able to run tomorrow. I've been running every day this week except Monday I think. Just fell off the wagon when I so badly want to reach a small milestone Sunday. Don't think I'm going to make it.

It is ok. Strive for your goal next week. I know how hard you are working. Things happen. I am very proud of you. You have come a very long way. It is so easy to have a mishap. But you just move on. Try to get an extra activity in. We'll talk tomorrow. Love ya :-)

It doesnt sound as bad as it probably feels to you. As above - there is next week, you can reach that milestone next week. Running everyday this week except Monday sounds like a milestone to me! As will finishing week 3! Try nic to be too hard on yourself, you will get there. You have come a long long way and I think you do amazingly - youre avoided lots of free office goodies, got your exercise in, youre doing great, hang in there. Xxx

Where were you six months ago? I am sure you have vastly improved from there. You are still improving everyday and no one is perfect. Just focus on today and leave yesterday to the past. You know what you did and how you feel about it. That was just a stepping stone in learning. *hugs*
