Achey again... Decided to try for the full 20 Mins of YRG... Managed 14:30 and stopped before achey became painful... I think...

Tomorrow will be a rest day. Nothing planned apart from coffee with Dad in the morning. So a little light walking at most.

A rest day is good to help muscle and tendons repair. Just do some gentle stretching instead so that they don't tighten up, then just a 10 to 15 minute walk, followed by a bit more stretching. That shouldadd up to about 20 minutes. :)

Oh so 4 hours wandering round the shops was a bad idea?

When I woke up almost all the aches were gone. So after coffee with Dad I spent the day wandering round the shops for a few hours.

Lol no not if you felt ok. I went shopping... Another £9 pair of jeans and a slazenger sweat top for £7. Both good buys and nice fit :)
