TGIF!! This has felt like the longest week!!!! I had a .2 uptick in my weight...I don't think I drink enough water yesterday and probably shouldn't have had the cauliflower but couldn't help it. Today is my last day of 1200 calorie fat fast and will try to go out with a bang. I wish I had some pork skins and will probably make a run to the store in a little bit.....YES that means I got Black Betty back yesterday!!!!!! The weather was decent enough for DH to drive the Challenger and I get BB!!! So of course I need an excuse to make a quick run to the store.

I need to put together a menu and will do so tonight. I hate to get tough with DH...he asked me last night about ordering from Omaha steak and I gave him a look. He said I am not going to stop eating beef after 55 years. I said, "I didn't tell you to stop. You can eat all the beef you want; you just have to make a CHOICE." Of course after dinner he had his bowl of cereal. Honestly, it is a terrible habit for him more than anything else. Enough of that...

I have had a bit of a headache the past couple of days and I think it is probably horomonal with TOM gone but maybe it is the low carbs too. Not sure. I bet a Rock Star would help!!!! Oh wait that means I will have to take BB to the store!!!!

Daughter MEPS appt was changed from Monday to Tuesday. So now she goes to MEPS on Tuesday.

The furbaby has settled in nicely with the rest of her fur family; she really is a sweet girl. Housetraining is going good very few mishaps from her.

As much as I want to take out BB I do need to finish some laundry today and dust and vacuum. Oh the joys!!
