The candy bowl mafia is trying to take me down. First they put the candy bowl smack dab in the middle of the hallway right down from my cubbie so I see it whenever I go in or out of my office. Now they are having a warmup superbowl party with free pizza, and soda right next to the candy bowl and I was personally invited! Ok.. they do sometimes have those little salted nuts packages too so I do fund the candy bowl but it's a rare I'm starving at 4pm moment. I have my theory that they noticed I wasn't going for my usual candy bar break like I did when I was pregnant so they tried the nuts to lure me back. I'm telling you.. they're trying to take me down!!

I'm proud to say I did get two small pieces of pizza and ate the toppings. Stared at the crusts for about 10 minutes. Then cried as I threw them away. I wanted those crusts sooooo bad! So to reward myself I went to the cafeteria and got a salad to go with my pepperoni and cheese. Uh huh.. that was my reward for passing up pizza, soda, and candy. I need to find a new freakin reward! I know I will see my reward next week on the scale but right now? I think I'm going to see how long my fat jiggles with I poke it and hope no one walks by.

LOL!! You know how to write a journal! Pizza is one of my favorites and I don't know if I could have resisted the crusts, so good job! The soda and the candy I probably could have resisted, but that darn pizza I would have gone for. At least that fat that jiggles is shrinking, so don't be too hard on yourself. You definitely resisted better than I would have!

At least your sitting. I liked to stand up and shake to see it. But poking is fun too. Then you get aftershocks. It's kinda like everyone in a stadium doing the wave. lol! even as small as I am getting my kids still come up and pinch whatever fat they can find on my belly (Which part is still that extra skin from them in the first place) and smack my butt for some reason. Can't wait until the belly is gone then maybe the skin will go too. On the downside of being small though I get hurt a lot more.. :( No padding to protect hips and ribs and so on and it is extra cold outside now. You are doing awesome at your exercises by the way! Can't wait to see how next week when you are training goes. :P Reward yourself with a dollar in a jar every time you exercise and after you get so much go buy yourself some new clothes or something. You deserve it!

Bahahaha... visualizing you and your fat-poking experiment is pretty comical. Glad you didn't get busted!! You are kicking butt on your end-of-journal exercises! I'm so glad I don't work in a "regular office" with candy bowls and stuff staring at me all day long... at least I can avoid the teacher's lounge when necessary! Stay strong! :)

Good for you to get rid of the crusts. I too, could resist the candy and soda but the pizza is my love affair. And we have it almost every Sat. night. You just have to factor in the calories and work extra hard to burn them off the next day!!! You are very active person...you have a busy little boy who is going to get busier plus the barn chores. Stay strong and keep poking the jiggly bits ... that burns calories too!

Woo hoo! Nice job girlie! I am so glad that the candy in the office here is GONE!! It took all I had to not let them get pizza last night but I did have a couple of drinks lol. It's supposed to dehydrate you but I feel bloated. Think it's the extra sodium I've been having lately. OK... now just stay away from the candy... you can do it!
