35lbs to go! So happy. I'll be even happier when I reach 5lbs to go hehe anyway! It has been hard. REALLY hard at times, but I've stuck with it. I did slip up a couple of times with a beer, a handful of peanuts and some chocolate-y days and I'm pretty sure it stalled my loss for a few days but I did okay. Hopefully I can increase my exercise A LOT this month and see if that has any effect - to be honest, with me, it's more about the diet than it is about the exercise. I've lost 10lbs in a month both with exercising 5x a week and with doing no exercise at all. But just want to see if it makes a difference now I'm closer to goal. Can't belive that in August I was saying 'God, 77lbs to lose' and today I'm saying '35lbs to go!' I know it's still a lot, but I'm more than half way there now which feels AMAZING. Cannot wait to the day I step on the scale and see my beloved 125lbs. Hopefully I can keep going at this pace and should be 150lbs by 1 March, then 140lbs by 1 April, then 130lbs by 1 May and fingers crossed 125lbs by my birthday, 6 June. That would be the best birthday present on the planet.

:) Glad the scale keeps moving down. I still have a few to go but I am so happy that I made it this far I ain't stressing the last few. Been trying focus more on gaining some muscle to tone up what I have. So don't freak out if you make your goal a little later than you want. Once you get closer it slows down. The last few are always stubborn. But I think you have set some great goals that you can reach just keep pushing forward!
