I definitely overate last night. I was upset about something that happened at work and when I started cooking I messed something up and got even more upset then when the food was done I ate quickly and without thinking and then when I realized how much I ate I ended up crying about that and everything else that happened. But I'm glad because I talked it all over with my fiance which made me feel better and today my weight is less than last week.

Part of the reason it was ok this week is because I didn't go too crazy over the weekend. I did order food on Friday but I only got a small quesadilla. And several times I didn't do my 1000 cal deficit but I tried most days.

Calf: 15
159.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
