OH boy! Challenges ahead! Younger son is coming home for a few days for his birthday. Birthday = cake.... My last fast day was going to be tomorrow but I don't see how I can fast with birthday cake and a big family meal (lasagna). Trying to figure out how to salvage today and tomorrow to make up for one fast day. Particularly want to fast later Saturday/Saturday night since weigh in is Sunday morning. Kind of stuck for lunch today and tomorrow but can do something about supper tonight, breakfast and supper tomorrow. Just going to have to really do some sweating on the TM tonight and tomorrow. BTW, will be caught up with C25K if I do get TM time tonight and tomorrow! Yay! Gotta stay on the PLAN!

Yes, I think she should knock the fast on the head for tomorrow for sure - you will stress and it will put an extra pressure on. Your total today seems pretty sensible - perhaps you can do a low cal meal tonight then fruit for breakfast tomorrow and then salad for dinner tomorrow. As for C25K great stuff! Hope you make the time then; perhaps a little TM in the morning before your son arrives so you know its done! (Then you can enjoy that lunch without stressing too) Have a great weekend!

You're right Psylina! My son is coming in tonight AND I also have my grandbabies later this afternoon but I think I can run my errands and get TM time in before I get the kids. I think I should get up early tomorrow morning and get my TM time in before the fam gets up and going. Knowing my son though he's probably talk me into running outside and it's turned COLD! LOL Not going to fret over fast days. I just looked at my diet calendar for this week and I've already put in two days that I was under 500 cal. So, technically I succeeded the fast this week. Now it's just making sure to keep control for Sunday's weigh in. :)
