holy crap! can I say that? OMG!
129.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yahoo! Several people at the gym came up to me & asked me if I lost more weight; told me I look great. I floated through Zumba and willPower & grace, full of energy and smiles, laughter. I cannot remember the last time I was in the 120s: junior high school, maybe elementary, lol. Back when I climbed mountains I was in the 130s. Oh my. One ofmy gym buddies wants to know what I eat, and was jealous when I told her I eat 2000 calories a day. I guess I can print out some of my food diary for her, and some recipes. Yes, my toilet is fixed, haha. I may need to keep the plunger in my bathroom (blush) ; I noticed I had over 70 grams of fiber yesterday. I'm loving my kale chips! Kale is awesome for you; I just bought a package of washed and cut up kale. I'd going to try to recreate the mess 'o greens from my favorite BBQ place; finally diced onion in a vegetable broth to simmer the greens in. Super yummy. I hope my partner won't be upset that I lost more weight, I won't mention it unless asked. I'm not skinny, but am approaching slender. Life is sweet. The sun is shining, birds are singing, squirrels cavorting, ahhhhhh.

WOW is all I can say - I lost some weight and was in the 120's briefly as an adult about 20 years ago! I mostly stayed in the 130's afer that and then the 140's for a while....before the major weight gain with the thyroid and menopause. I am hoping for the 150's now...and anything beyond will be a gift!
