yes! I did it. I've lost 10 # in 5 days. Sooo helps me to feel grateful for skipping all the cheats. Went shopping yesterday and got snacks covered. Now to hide them from my family. ;)
259.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
