Hmmm.. maybe I'm actually doing pretty good... I'm already down another pound. This is mainly with just cutting down how much I eat and how many calories I intake. I already know though, that I need to drink wayyyy more water. If I don't I'll end up dehydrated. I think I'll stick with mainly water and green tea.
