Going to record this cause well been her since Sunday BUT the awesome news is there is probably a pretty dramatic dip in my future because that seems to be just a small pre-cycle up-flux and now that my cycle started that and what I have actually lost will likely drop at the same time this week-end :)
249.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
