Goal is to lose 6 / 7 lbs a month. Its either I am IN or I am OUT. Either way make the best of it. I have decided I AM IN IT TO WIN IT. I would like to be close to my goal weight by 07/2013...Stay on track. dont get discouraged, need to keep my eye on the prize. 11 lbs in JAN 2013. Great start.
