I can't believe this number. I feel great, but I'm not seeing a big difference in my body. Maybe some small changes. It's been a full month and I remained committed to walking on the treadmill nearly every day for a full hour. I am making process but I think I need to start incorporating some strengthening and toning - sit ups, push ups, squats and lunges. I have to shake it up a bit to see some more definite results.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
