1210 kcal Fat: 50.20g | Prot: 108.41g | Carb: 93.34g.   Breakfast: Honey Wheat Bread 7am , Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, 7am Creamy Peanut Butter, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream. Lunch: Chicken Tenderloid Kirkland 12pm, Peas, balsomic vinaigrette, green pepper, Spinach, Feta cheese, Brocolli. Dinner: Sweet Pepper, Zevia, Pork Tenderloin,  golden cheddar potatoes. Snacks/Other: Sunrider VitaShake , Organic Mix Superfood. more...
