Thought i would be honest and weigh in at this heavy point. Crap week, ate terribly and no exercise....all related to very busy week at work. That said, i did not weigh in like i regularly do, 1st thing in the morning.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
