Good attitude. BTW, Atkins himself wrote that the low carb versions of foods (like the tortillas you mention) are a good way to stay on course (except in induction). He has recipes in his books that use low carb baking mixes and such. So I say go for whatever works for you and be happy, healthy and not worry about what name you give your WOE. Just don't let those "once in a while" treats sneak up on you and become the norm.
