ok, so it's not too bad but I need to lose 1 stone (14 lbs) to get back on track. I've already been dieting for one month and this is the first time I have weighed myself so I guess/hope I have lost a few pounds already. Going on holiday in July and if nothing else I need my holiday clothes to fit. Everything is too tight at the moment, especially around my upper arms and thighs.
