weighed my self n am, i am doing a 500 calorie meal ea day,while drinking water continuously thru out day(on occasion 1/2 glass diet pop) with if hungry 1 egg(fried no butter,oil etc) and 1 pc dry whole wheat toast. my 500 cal dinners r round 2:30-3:0o pm due to my work sched. during work i drink normally 2-3 16.9 oz water, when i get home at midnight i tend to drink a slim fast shake to dull off habit of eating/being hungry after work.
I also do Zumba hr-hr 1/2 5 days a week.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are eating 500 cal a day? I am trying to eat 900, sometimes go over. Would love to know some of your meals
