195.4....have been a slugg for over a week...been slow on the exercizing,,,am monotoring the calories in to keep mynintake right around 1000...have held 195.4 for three days...will see tomorrow. Have missed swimming fot 2weeks now du to the all reports, it will be a good day to get out...hope so as i sure miss the water. J is. Joining the hogan gym tomorrow...i may as well. Will see how he does.
