Well, after telling myself over and over, I finally got myself to the gym. Im kind of starting out slow, I don't want to start to dread going from day 1. I started out with 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. Next time I'm going to try and do elliptical and maybe an ab workout. Lets see how it goes....
