I just starting using workouts by jillian michaels. I did two yesterday and one the day before, and today I tried another one. This particular one from today was SO hard, I literally had to stop and rest between the third and fourth circuit, and I couldn't even get to the fifth. WOW that was hard, it really kicked me in the butt. I'm sore all over!
You know what amazes me is... I can run for 3-5 miles, but this was too much for me.
Wow!

Now I have a new goal- to get through these workouts 5 times a week.

In the meantime I feel so rolly polly in the belly area... ugh!
