Well, no more excuses... back to the gym tonight. Feeling much better. More like normal. And wearing a dress taht accentuates the loss so far. Nice ego boost. Still being cautious with food due to the recent tummy trouble. Not going to make the mistake of having something processed again! Beef jerky and almonds this mornign and some ahi and shirataki noodles for lunch! And only 1 cup of coffee today. I hope my weight is back to what it was by the weekend.
