Well did a no-no and went out and ate at Ryan's. It would not have been bad if I wouldn't have ate the chicken and 1 enchilada and the 1 roll. But oh well. I still have enough calories left to have a small dinner...or a large one if I stick to veggies. Tomorrow is another day.

Did some shopping with my mom and looking around so I did get some exercise today but not enough. I really need to start walking the treadmill till the weather warms up.
