Weighed in on the freight scale at work...not really surprised that I gained 3 lbs after the depressing week of unemployment, but I'm sure now that I'm not sitting on my rear all day that I'll be able to lose those 3 lbs and more fairly quickly...at least I hope so!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
