I spent half of yesterday in the emergency room getting fluids and IV antibiotics. I couldn't keep my meds down. Now I have anti-nausea meds to take b4 my other meds. Pain is somewhat better today. Thank you for all the good wishes in your comments. They were uplifting during a difficult couple of days. xoxo
170.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
