I started the Wheat Belly Diet on 1/25/13. I know that I was probably over 150 at one point, but when I started the diet I weighed 149. Almost one week later, I am at 145.6 pounds. I have cut out wheat, corn, rice, anything packaged, alcohol, most sugar. I am eating vegetables, especially green vegetables, eggs, meat, cheese, some fruit, some milk/yogurt, vegetable juice. Potatoes in moderation, as in only tiny amounts with a meal.
I feel much better and have less pain so far.
