2094 kcal Fat: 55.52g | Prot: 87.02g | Carb: 343.16g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Mini Bagels, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), eggs, banana, Prunes Juice (Not from Concentrate). Lunch: iceburg lettuce, Buddig chicken, onion, whole wheat bread. Dinner: pasta sauce, whole wheat spaghetti, meat balls. Snacks/Other: silk almond milk, kashi crisp, apple, clementine, salad dressing, romaine lettuce, raw vegetables, CHEX mix. more...
