Nervous Eating

Really struggling with my nervous eating habit right now.
Hubby and I are trying to get our foster care license so we can adopt. With paper work, appointments, and inspections, comes the worrying that i might mess something up. I get "itchy" and suddenly im standing in front of the fridge or realizing i just wolfed down an atkins bar without tasting it. I am making the effort to get back on track. I have taken off four of the five lbs gained. Need to remember who my god is, and it AIN'T food. I can do this. Want to be in phase 2 by April 16

Diet Calendar Entries for 31 January 2013:

Oh that nerves thing where the little guy on your shoulder wants you to fall flat on your face but you've got all the rest of us out here saying you can do this, YOU are in control of the out come. Be yourself, or try even though that itch is bothering you. Health is far more important to your future children, think about being there to watch them grow up. Think about playing with them, making them breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks knowing you can teach them properly to enable them to have the best life possible. If you look past today into the future and how bright it can be you'll do just fine. They are counting on you, do this for yourself and them.
