Seem to be gaining and loosing the same 1kg!!
212.1 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1629 kcal Fat: 120.41g | Prot: 108.57g | Carb: 42.55g.   Breakfast: Egg, Coffee, Poultry Seasoning , Mushrooms , Light Soy Sauce, Double Cream, Milled Flaxseed, Spring Greens, Creme Fraiche, Coconut Vegetable Oil . Lunch: onion, Cauliflower, Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil, Butter (Salted). Dinner: Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen) , Onions , Bacon (Cured) , Poultry Seasoning , Coconut Oil, chicken. Snacks/Other: Blueberries, cocoa, Vanilla Extract, creme fraiche, Double Cream, Splenda. more...
