Seem to be gaining and loosing the same 1kg!!
212.1 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1629 kcal Fat: 120.41g | Prot: 108.57g | Carb: 42.55g.   Breakfast: Coconut Vegetable Oil , Double Cream, Light Soy Sauce, Creme Fraiche, Spring Greens, Milled Flaxseed, Poultry Seasoning , Coffee, Egg, Mushrooms . Lunch: Cauliflower, onion, Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil, Butter (Salted). Dinner: Poultry Seasoning , Bacon (Cured) , Onions , Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen) , Coconut Oil, chicken. Snacks/Other: Blueberries, Vanilla Extract, cocoa, Splenda, Double Cream, creme fraiche. more...

I did that for two months! It drove me nuts. I hope you break that barrier soon!
