Seem to be gaining and loosing the same 1kg!!
212.1 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1629 kcal Fat: 120.41g | Prot: 108.57g | Carb: 42.55g.   Breakfast: Egg, Coffee, Poultry Seasoning , Mushrooms , Milled Flaxseed, Light Soy Sauce, Creme Fraiche, Spring Greens, Coconut Vegetable Oil , Double Cream. Lunch: Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil, Cauliflower, Butter (Salted), onion. Dinner: Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen) , Onions , Coconut Oil, Poultry Seasoning , Bacon (Cured) , chicken. Snacks/Other: Blueberries, Double Cream, Splenda, creme fraiche, Vanilla Extract, cocoa. more...
