Bummed that I still am not on track. But, I am starting today. I don't care what that scale says. I know from falling off the wagon this past week, how much better I was eating the previous week, even if I didn't lose an ounce. Also, my boyfriend is helping me. Not sure if it will encourage me or stress me out. He also wants to lose about about 40 pounds. I am so glad that spring is around the corner. Hoping that will make getting more activity in a lot easier. Hoping me and my boyfriend will be able to take some walks together. Also thinking about starting Zumba. I know that for me exercise is vital. I am thinking maybe I should weigh only once a month, because I did that last time I was really successful a couple years back and lost just shy of twenty pounds in two months.

Take it one day at a time and don't remember yesterday. The more you dwell on yesterday and the mistakes you made in the past, the harder it will be for you to move forward. Keep writing in your journal and post questions or concerns on here. We are all here to help~ Tina

So true. Don't dwell on yesterday. Just move forward. Can't change the past anyway.
