No eating after 7pm! Does drinking wine count? Ooops... maybe I did, then.
Today's excersize = walking only, 51 mins...
Discouraged that someone told me they lost 28 lbs in three months and has lost more than three pant sizes. MY PANTS HAVEN'T CHANGED YET!!! and it will be three months in a few days... Is she taking something to "help" her...?
Oh I see a cheesy pasta dish in my future! (Don't do it!)
