new scale - yes I feel a little down - but not defeated - I have to see me as trim, healthy, active and having fun - if I can't see it I cant be it - did 12,350 steps today. That is good! I made chicken soup today and instead of putting in rice I put in riced cauliflower - and it was delicious! Been getting back to my breakfast smoothies again - working on pairing back the stress! I can do this!
